Refund Policy

Digital Products/Services

All digital products, downloads, and services sold on our platform are non-refundable once delivered/downloaded, unless required by law.

Physical Products

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Cancellations

Service cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.

with your order number and reason for the request. We’ll respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for defective products, incorrect orders, or technical issues on our end that prevent delivery.
